It’s been a week since we last posted our first ever ‘Warm Drink Wednesday’, so how has everyone been getting on? We hope your London Fog recipes have gone down a storm with your friends and family. Don’t know what we are talking about? Then check out last week’s delicious recipe. This week is for those of you with a sweet tooth.
What’s better than a warm hot chocolate when we’re waiting for Spring to come? A warming hot chocolate with ice cream, of course!
Here’s a step by step guide & video to creating this wonderful beverage.
~ 1 Serving (2-3 teaspoons) of Hot Chocolate Powder
~ 1 Cup of Warm Milk
~ 1 Scoop of Mint Choc Chip Ice Cream
~ 1 Sprig of Mint
Add two generous scoops of hot chocolate powder (follow the brand’s instructions) to your mug….careful not to spill!
Warm up your milk and add this to the powder, stir to avoid any lumps (unless lumps are your favourite part…we won’t judge!)
Scoop a generous serving of mint chocolate ice cream and plonk this on top…watch this melt away…add a pinch of mint leaves on top for presentation.
